Brave Heart Rescue (NGO) is a registered non – profit organization aimed at the rescue and rehabilitation of stray and abandoned dogs in Galati, Romania. The organization from its humble beginning is the vision of Victor Nedelcu, who at the young age of 20 decided to create awareness to the plight of stray and abandoned animals in Galati by starting up his very own NGO. He has always been passionate about helping animals and is an avid animal rights advocate.
Brave Heart Rescue is a team dedicated to helping the dogs in the Galati State Shelter in any way possible: Raise funds for food, help find loving forever homes for the dogs there. We oversee the activity in the State Shelter to prevent abuse and present pictures and videos to the public on a daily basis.
Brave Heart Rescue is closely associated with several animal shelters throughout the country and we assist in providing homes for the abandoned and stray animals. We believe that every single effort made by people to help animals takes the cause for the ethical treatment of animals one step further.
The aim and purpose of Brave Heart Rescue extends to animals outside the State Shelter too: finding homes for the stray dogs, cats, pups and kittens, placing abandoned pets into loving homes, mass sterilizations of stray animals in different zones across Galati, better medical care and to raise awareness of our cause.
