Born on concrete!
This poor mum gave birth on a concrete floor inside the state shelter! We asked the staff to let us bring her and her baby to the room where we store the food for the dogs and they agreed. Stephanie Schmitt offered to adopt her and her baby! We’ll keep them in the food storage room until Monday when we’ll be able to take her out of the state shelter and make her papers.
