Local authorities throw money on luxury items

Disturbing fact: The city hall claims they don’t have enough funds to allocate for the food of the dogs in the state shelter and yet they buy a new car to help the staff move around (to and from home to the office) more comfortably, just like they bought more offices a while back so that the staff is more comfortable. Instead of building more kennels for the dogs which are overcrowded and killing eachother as a result. Spending tens of thousands of Euros on staff comfort while not spending a dime on dog food is OUTRAGEOUS!!!
